Thanks for the input guys. What a piece of work. I need to make a list of all the known scammers and put them on my 'blocked' list to avoid this in the future.

Incredibly, this guy actually left me positive feedback right after the auction. Negative retaliatory feedback is not even a worry. So, needless to say it's coming to him as soon as I can think of the perfect thing to say. Best of all, he did it twice so I get two chances to warn people.
