Nice Pennant Brock... I always have loved that one (pretty tough variation as well...)

I do agree with Mike - It would be better to insert/display the pennnant in a plastic sleeve, and put the tacks/nails through the sleeve (and not through the felt pennant itself).

The holes can enlarge, and the pennant can actually sag in the middle from being hung the way we all did it as kids. Plus the sleeve will protect it from dust, light, etc.
