RhysIt is going to be hard to get an accurate price because it could be an ugly taped over signature or a beautiful 3X5 card of the same guy and the prices are going to be very different. Here are my opinions assuming they are all pretty nice.
Gandil $300-$500
Cicotte $250-$400
Risberg $1200-$1500
Williams $1500-$1750
Risberg is supposed to be tougher according to several people, but I have seen maybe 10-15 different ones come up for sale (all from the same group as you probably know) whereas I have seen maybe 5 Williams in the last 15 years come up for sale. Just an estimate but that should give you an idea.
