Default Is this Ross Youngs?

Despite my earlier mistake today in identifying someone, you are absolutely correct with this one. The strip card you bought is of Ralph "Pep" Young the second baseman for Detroit throughout the teens and early 1920's.

Usually a mutual mistake of fact in an otherwise binding contract will get you out of the deal, legally. However, the seller will not want to let a $25 strip card slip away at the price you bid so expect him to demand his money. If it were me, I would rather potentially eat a negative feedback than eat than flush $100 down the toilet. Let the seller know that you will respond with whatever feedback he deems appropriate and the chances are he will not want to take a negative on this. I do not think that legally you would be bound to this deal, but since I have not taken the Bar Exam yet, do not act my legal advice.
