Since some of you are readers/have expressed interest in my 2nd edition, here is what is happening:

I got the books in on 12/29. On 12/30 I noticed that the ()*^*^%$ printer had misspelled my name on the cover and made another typo on the cover. We checked on 12/31 and found that the approval copy did NOT have the errors. Something went wrong when they put together the cover after I approved the rough. The printer is supposed to pick up the mistakes today and fix them this week. Sorry for the delays.
