I read an article in the local rag about the MDB writer, Haggis, and how much better he'd been writing for TV (EZStreet). Article's main beef was that the dirty fighter had committed "several" intolerable infractions already, before the end of the figtht, and, in a real boxing ring, the fight would NEVER have been allowed to continue. So the end of the fight could never even have happened.
Gary, I do not agree that ALL the movies you mentioned are great, but that's what makes boxing matches! (or is it horse races?)
