warshawlawthe premise of the question is flawed Check to see if PSA has even graded a "9" of the card; odds are it hasn't, but that's never stopped it from fluffing up a price on one 
Seriously, when it comes to high end cards like that there is no way to ascertain what the market price of the item is until it is auctioned.
