Personally, I think the houses should just institute a srop dead time, say midnight PST. Everyone should be home by that time and no one can complain that they didn't get a chance to hold out their bid until the last minute.

I'm not sure what the programming requirements are, but why can't they set up the auctions so that if there is no activity for 15 on a lot, that closes. That would save a whole lot of hearache.
