The person is new to ebay which explains the lack of feedback. I think it's certainly a better gamble than buying a lottery ticket. In the immortal words of Frank Loesser, "You simply gotta gamble, you get no guarantee. Now doesn't that kind of apply to you and I? You and me! Whatever." Where is Joe P. who used to appreciate such things?
