I would have to say that the E95 set is a pretty easy set to finish. It is loaded with HOFers, but all cards are relatively easy to find.

As far as the N-sets are concerned, the N29 and N28 have to be fairly easy. I see them all of the time and there are only a handful of baseball players in these sets.

Not sure what T-sets would be easy...

The other members may disagree with my choices, but there they are...
