Is it coincidence that all the players suspended to date are Latin/South American?

I know when Juan Rincon tested positive, he said he was taking what his doctor in Venezuela had been giving him. Can the stuff they are testing positive for be purchased at GNC? I'm sure it's not all hard core steroids. Just a thought.
