Dan - I agree with you about their customer service, that being said, customer service has no bearing on the actual service they provide. BUT...customer service shouldn't alleviate them of their duties to provide accurate grades. I pride myself on great customer service, but if i suck at my job in the first place, then i have bigger problems! I can deal with what they did with my cards, but this is ridiculous. I still wouldn't mind picking it up even though i already have one....but buy the card not the grade.
