Default Question - To Grade or Not to Grade?

Hello All.
I am thinking about getting this T205 Johnson graded by SGC for possible selling. The question is - is it worth it to have it graded. I'm not sure how this card would grade out but I am guessing in the G-VG range. The card has some surface wrinkles in addition to what you can see from the scans. Any opinions? Thanks! Jim
