Joe_G.It was the tackle Roy Williams made on TO that prompted the League to make horse collar tackles illegal. In the game tonight, it wasn't clear whether it was a horse collar tackle or more just grabbing the jersey (which is legal). I will agree however, that Seattle couldn't catch a break.
