I agree with you. I bid on 30 PSA 2-4s yesterday and won a nice PSA 2 J.Collins.

I was in college working at a baseball card shop in Charlottesville, VA in the late 1980s when the owner, Marco Rol, purchased several hundred near mint - mint T206s from an elderly original collector in Richmond. I was fortunate to see, handle (carefully), and purchase several of these original pieces. Today, however, for the money, I would rather have a set of PSA 2-4s than a dozen or so "high end" pieces.

Just my humble opinion.
