Just picked up this Wagner, and was hoping someone could help to point me in the right direction as to finding out exactly what it is. Seller stated its 5" x 8.25", is blank backed and printed on heavy stock paper. Seller thought was some type of premium from the 1930s. thanks to anyone who can help. Michelle
