RhysI just was thinking the same thing last week because I bought two blank backed cards of Schalk and Covaleskie which look and feel EXACTLY like the many York Caramels I have owned. When I further checked the Card Catalog, the numbers only match with those of the Ice Cream and Caramel issues and the 1928 W502 cards, but the look and feel of Yorks is different from these other issues. I was always under the impression that there are blank backed York caramels but these are the first I have owned. Afurther testament is the fact that both cards I have exhibit light caramel staining as well.
