I don't see any mudslinging either. More power to the seller/submitter if they can get a higher grade. I "migrated" several PSA graded cards to SGC purely for asthetic purposes and on several occasions SGC graded the card higher than PSA. Examples:

PSA 4 Huggins to SGC60 (broke out and sent in)SOLD
PSA 1 Cobb Red to SGC20 (" " " " ")
PSA 1 Chance Yellow to SGC30 (" " " " ")
PSA 2 Wallace to SGC 40 (" " " " ")

All but one cross-over made the cut. GAI3 Tinker didn't cut the mustard, but overgrading by GAI isn't uncommon. Most examples can be seen at my sight below.
