NoelExactly Scott! Wouldnt we all want something that easy.  Keep em coming as far as i am concerned.  Maybe when it finally hits their pocketbook they will be enticed to improve public relations.  Most people can understand a blunder or two but the point is what do you do about it?  The spotty customer service which i have first hand experience with is more on topic.  It is a completely human element, hence, why customer service should be given such strong consideration.
