I recently acquired a large scrapbook filled with pictures of Baseball Players from the Teens through the early 50s. Most of the pictures are newspaper cutouts or magazine cutouts, but there are several that are neither, leading me to believe they are "premiums" (either team issued or otherwise). Below this text please find the first two examples I am looking to identify. I would like to know approximate year of issue, whether it is a team issue or not, and an approximate value.
