I finally located the auction catalog from which I purchased my PET Supplements. Slater's Americana in their Auction #5 (3/15/99) sold the following PET Supplements:
Cobb $373, Johnson $267, Mathewson $220, Plank $168, Marquard $91,
Collins $124, Bender $112, Baker $151, Myers $88, Tesreau $43,
McInnis $59, Doyle $48, Demaree $48, Burns $48, Barry $53

To this day these are the only ones that I have seen for sale before the Cobb showed up on ebay. And of course the Baker Leon has on his website.
