Jon CanfieldI emailed the seller on day 1 of the auction to tell him it is IMPOSSIBLE that his box is from 1909, too - and he never changed the auction. It's a disgrace and dishonest. If you notice, the box says Ligget & Meyers at the bottom. Funny thing is, the American Tobacco Company wasn't split until 1911, so its a miracle of science that this box dates from 1909. Also, the ONLY 1911 Piedmonts that had the L+M designation were out of factory 25. So, this box is from 1912-1914, after the t-206 production.
