Todd SchultzI disagree. The comments here have not been unduly harsh. Moreover, the question is not what Mastro perceives to be alterations. If a seller believes that any change in condition to a card would reasonably and/or materially affect a buyer's decision to buy, he needs to disclose it. This board has certainly made it clear--many/most believe removal of a surface wrinkle is improper. Presumably, they also would want to know if such removal has taken place--I damn sure would. So Mastro does not get to define any sort of hobby standard that wrinkle removal is not an alteration as an excuse for not disclosing it (not just Mastro, but anyone).
