Trae R.Very cool to see this thread has picked up some steam. I am ordering one version of each today from the framing vendor once I get all of the details straight. As soon as I have them both pieced together I will post images of a real final product. The two images above of the 16x1 I created in Photoshop as ideas only - they don't really count. Thanks for posting them though - they do give you a fair idea.
I will definitely allow custom orders that allow you to customize the mat, frame and card opening background colors. Also, as mentioned above you would be able to let me know the order you would like the backs in.
As far as the idea of putting other backs in the display piece, or real cards - that's a great idea! The way I am having the frames and mats produced would allow me to sell these as a "kit" if anyone was interested in that option.
