Judge Dred (Fred)The bottom line is that if anyone indicates that they are selling the card as a reprint or that they have to sell the card as a reprint then TAKE THEM AT THEIR WORD. Do you really want to hassle with this. If they tell you it's a reprint and you think it's real and find out it's not then you're going to be rightfully STUCK with the card with no reason for the seller to provide a refund.
