fkwAfter doing more research I think David and Dan are right. Actually one of the better pages I found on internet was one of David's (below).

Im going to call it 1940's.  Its a nice image and obviously from the look of the pose done from a professionals negative and not just a casual fan.  The photo itself is in nice shape, but does show crazing through out the image especially seen when turned at angle into the light.  Its nice and I spent less than $10, so its no big deal it isnt from the 1920's.
