with all of that said, how would you rank the following in order of scarcity?

obviously it first goes:

demmitt
o'hara
elberfeld...

then?

smith, chi/bos
kleinow, bos
lundgren, chi
dahlen, bk
browne, wash


(i collected all the rarities about 10 years ago, most in lower grasde, but i forgot the order of scarcity)...
