Many aspects make it fun.

Most rewarding is owning a vintage, upper tier HOF'er card PSA or SGC graded 1 of 1 with none higher - extra special if you were original submitter from raw card.

What I miss most? Going to a quality card show in person. Portland, Oregon might as well be on planet Pluto in the card collecting world.

What I don't miss most? Picking up a nice card at a card show back before grading companies - upon closer inspection at home - the horror - the card has a wrinkle !
