From a buyer's perspective, what if seller claims tht payment was never received, and buyer says, "I mailed the payment to you and you didn't pay for insurance on it so I am not reponsible for you not receiving it. Too bad, just send me my card."

How is that different from a seller saying they mailed it and the buyer didn't pay for insrance? Don't forget that the seller chose the method of shipment.

Buyer is responsible for delivering payment to seller. Seller is repsonaible for delivering item to buyer.
