So, if we follow Joe's analysis, then a player who never made it to the big show would never have a "rookie" card. And, what if, a player who made it to the majors but does not appear on any card while in the majors but appears on a minor league card he too would never have a "rookie" card even though at one time he was, under an above definition, a "rookie"?
