backdamageI hate to suddenly chime in on something so inconsequential as this, but by being an occassional lurker, I guess it's sort of my role here, by default. In 'N' Out is great, of course, but in my opinion, Fat Apples in Berkeley makes the meanest burger in the Bay- a bold statement that is near-blasphamous to even THINK, here, in Califorinia. I dunno, maybe it's just the naturally subversive attitute already present in the Berkeley air that makes there burgers seem so good, or it could also be the nostalgic feeling I get from Fat Apples' Jack London theme.....perhaps it's a little bit of both.
