i would not let the buyer try to negotiate a deal. I would keep it clean and trade paper for paper. Let him send you back the card and you send back the check to him. The buyer needs to know that "Let's make a Deal" is no longer on the air. My guess is that you are in a no win situation and odds are he will leave a negative regardless of what you do. I would also be concerned about his check bouncing. At least if you have the card back, you are only out ebay and postage fees. I really wouldn't trust this one. To quote the Rolling Stones, "You can't always get what you want". Also, the card on the link was very clear, the guy must have been stupid or blind not to see the condition of the card.
