I may be out of line here and Leon please correct me quickly if I'm not following protocol; What Leon will be doing shorty by gathering all this info in a common area has been started on another board as well.
IMO there can never be too much information in too many places.

edited....I would prefer not to have links to a board, where the owners hate the way this one is run and that started because of the way this one is run.....otherwise....all of the info will be here shortly and is greatly appreciated...(leon)
