For nearly three decades we have been purveyors of ultra high grade type cards.
We certainly appreciate the outstanding quality of the cards that Mr. Crandall
has shared with Board.
In accordance with this posting, we thought it would be appropriate to review
PSA's Population Report for the highest graded cards across the most
popular pre- War sets.
As one can clearly see, the number of cards that have achieved a grade of 9
or in rare cases a 10, is tiny in all but a few sets.
