You're right Barry. I was hoping that someone as knowledgeable as the first dealer would also appreciate what I had and therefore make a competitive offer.

I'm certain you'll agree that someone offering to buy, say a nm 1957 Topps BB set will offer a certain amount. If that dealer is able to determine that many of the cards would grade high based upon their condition rarity, they may be inclined to make a higher offer. If I didn't state that too poorly, am I correct in that assumption?
