I think Casey Stengel wore all 4 uniforms while the teams were in New York... It get's a bit more complicated when you follow the Dodgers and Giants west.

Durocher got into the Yankee's, Brooklyn Dodgers, and New York Giants uniforms... I don't think he made it into a Mets' one though...
