Ed IveyA very concise summary. Thank you, Steve. I move (though my motions carry no weight) for a referendum to add it to the rules icon, perhaps with the heading "overall board sentiment". "Unwritten rules" tend to make unwitting and well-intentioned people feel unwelcome. Just my opinion
