Of course PSA is trying to make money. So what. They are a business. I wish they had done this long ago. It will be frustrating for Jim Crandalls of the world. I would think that they should offer a reduced submission rate for re-evaluation of cards already in PSA holders for two reasons:
1. They have already been paid for authentication of the card. If they want to treat their customers with respect, they should not double charge them.
2. Since they presumably do not need to check for alterations or authenticity, only grade, the process should be less time consuming.

In general though, I like the idea of a greater breakdown of grades. I wish SGC would add additional half grades at 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 6.5. I strongly second the wish that SGC would improve their website, especially Pop Report and Registry.
