I hate to bash the Post Office since I am a Postmaster, but don't blame SCD for the sporadic arrival of their magazines. Ever since the Postal Service "streamlined" the periodical mailstream a couple of years ago the number of customer complaints in regard to late magazines and newspapers has skyrocketed. Our consumer affairs department has been working on the problem and they tell us that the problem is solved, but judging from the arrival times of my own SCD's, I know for sure that the problem still exists.
