There was no allegation against SGC in the article. The article could have been written without mentioning SGC.


Matt, you are pointing out that the reporter got SGC's name wrong. I agree with you.

My point is that your point is not relevant to the allegation (definition: an assertion made by a party in a legal proceeding, which the party then undertakes to prove).
