The three items I had them authenticate I was pleased with. It's nice about the class pictures too. I will likely still use them for authenticating my severely beat items.

Truth is, they now bear a scarlet letter and this recent snafu is one that will be a struggle to bounce back from. Sad, the competition between four made for better all-around quality.
