I posted 2 weeks ago that I had emailed ebay about this very problem and asked others to do so also so they could see it wasn't just one lonely voice in the wilderness but apparently almost all here either feel it is someone else's "job" or they are too lazy to do it. Until many collectors do this, it will continue unimpeded and you have no one to blame but yourselves.
