PCScot -- these ledger fragments have some useful information to update your excellent "Inside T206" treatise. The Dygert Cycle 350 page indicates a July 1910 release, which matches nicely with your reference on pp. 16-17 of a July 1910 release for American Beauty 350s.
It would have been interesting to see the release dates on the Reulbach brown Hindu page, but unfortunately those are cut-off.
On the page next to the Reulbach Hindu, I think it indicates that there is 1 card per box of 10 cigarettes ("cigts") except for the Philadelphia territory, and then it says 2 per box of 10 cigarettes for the Sweet "Cap'l" backs (I think) in the Phildelphia territory.
Maybe that's why there are so many Sweet Caporal branded T206s ... they were doubling them up.
