Archer was 5' 10'', and Donovan was 5' 11''. The guy in the photo is quite a bit more than an inch taller than Archer.
(Plus, I don't think he looks like Donovan.)
The guy in the second photo looks a bit like Nick Altrock. But he might not be sufficiently funny-looking.
