I certainly would not do anything that would risk the signature - I was just wondering if there is something out there that is safe on the surface. Perhaps a robotic arm and a razor blade...

From the description/photo I thought there was paper loss on the back, so I certainly am keeping the card regardless of whether or not the paper can be removed from the back. I was pleasantly surprised to have the card show up with no PL and hence the thread.
