Hi Dan,

Yes, we could encapsulate a skinned Old Judge. We make a distinction in that we will encapsulate cards that are undoctored but legitimate as "Authentic" (usually low grade or people just want them holdered without a numerical grade), while tampered legitimate cards will be slabbed as "Authentic-Altered".

In this case, your card would receive the "Authentic-Altered" label.
