AdamNot to "out" a current auction for no reason, but the T206 Hummel with a red hindu back recently listed on eBay as a buy-it-now is not the "Highest Graded Example" of that card, as the seller is currently representing it to be in the listing. The seller's T206 red hindu Hummel is a PSA 2. I currently own a T206 red hindu Hummel PSA 4. (I emailed the seller to tell him.)
I wish PSA would differentiate between the brown and red backs in their pop reports, but they sadly do not.
Edited to add: Seller just emailed me to say he is updating his listing to remove the "highest graded example" reference . . . nice to see people staying honest!!
