About a year ago, this happened to me. I threw up a signature on eBay and mispriced it. Someone jumped on it and got a $100 discount. The Mantle signed 5x7 photo sold for $50, instead of $150. Oh well. My fault. Gotta be more careful. When that person presses the button, it activates a contract. I would like to see what legal precedences there is. There is mention throughout here, but I find it hard to believe and I'm sure the ebay fine print says it all. I also don't think the word "whine" is justified here. He is frustrated that's all.
