TimA while back I called SGC on the phone and received what I thought was poor customer service and stated such on the board.
Thinking everyone could have a bad day I recently gave them another shot and sent in my first ever submission. The customer service was no just adequate but incredible throughout the entire process.
While I was in contact with them I mentioned I had a card that was not secure in one of their holders and they asked that I send it in. I did and they put it in a new holder and sent it back with my initial shipment and a voucher for a free grading submission to cover the cost of my shipping the card back.
They are first rate and at this point I couldnt imagine sending a card to any other grader.
