The card couldve been a 7 in all other aspects so perhaps only bumped to a 6? Sometimes inexplicably cards that should be OC arent given the qualifier (grader error) and i know with atleast the high grade material that if a card has very strong "eye appeal" they will forgive centering issues which i think is dumb because it doesnt get any more subjective then the term "eye appeal" or any more objective then centering.
